Refund Policy

We have a NO REFUND policy, which means you have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Abuse of our Refund Policy or service will not be tolerated. If we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to refuse service and take appropriate action.

Please inspect your service upon completion and contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied or have any issues, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Our service is non-returnable. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered, including subscriptions.

If you have subscribed to our service, please note that subscription prices also have a no refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.

A refund can only be requested if the investigation is opened the day of the appointment. If not, there are no refunds.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the service is being provided into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
