Refund Policy Agreement
No Refund Policy: Please be advised that upon agreeing to our services over the phone, you are accepting our No Refund Policy. This policy states that refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: You have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so within this timeframe means you will not be eligible for a refund.
Abuse of Policy: We have a strict stance against the abuse of our Refund Policy or services. Suspected fraudulent activities or abuse will lead to service refusal and potential legal action.
Service Inspection: Upon completion of our service, we strongly encourage immediate inspection. If you have concerns or are dissatisfied, please contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.
Non-Returnable Services: All services, including subscriptions, are non-refundable. There are no refunds for services already rendered.
Subscription Cancellations: Our subscriptions also adhere to the No Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not make you eligible for a refund.
Reclean Policy: We offer a complimentary reclean, but it must be requested before our cleaners leave your property. We enforce a mandatory walkthrough policy, requiring the person who ordered the service, or a designated individual, to inspect the premises before our staff departs. Once our team leaves, no recleans or refunds are possible.
European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the service is being provided into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and accept our same-day cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation on the day of your scheduled service, you agree to be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total charge or a flat fee of $50, whichever is greater. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms, as they help us provide the best service to all our valued customers. Thank you for choosing us for your needs.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
